Purpose of the role

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Executive Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team specializing in Dermatology and Rheumatology. The successful candidate will promote our innovative pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within these therapeutic areas, build positive relationships, and achieve sales targets.

You Will

What to expect:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for targeted customers in the Dermatology and Rheumatology sector.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct product presentations and therapeutic area discussions to healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is conveyed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support in handling product inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system.

Who Will You Be Working With

Reporting into the Regional Business Manager, you will work closely with:

  • Account Manager colleagues
  • Customer Pathway Managers (CPMs)
  • Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)
  • Marketing
  • Healthcare compliance

Who are we looking for?

  • A highly motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management, especially in Dermatology and/or Rheumatology.
  • Willingness to embrace digital tools and AI solutions to enhance workflows and drive innovation.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • ABPI qualification.

Office Location
