You will develop, negotiate, and place treaty and facultative reinsurance programs while building strong relationships, monitoring markets, and supporting business growth in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in treaty and facultative reinsurance broking.
• Strong understanding of underwriting, risk management, and reinsurance structures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and present actionable recommendations.
• Professional qualifications in insurance/reinsurance (ACII, CII, CPCU) are desirable.
