Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Execution Coordinator Associate within the EMEA WLS Originations team to support complex syndicated and bilateral loans for CIB and Trade Finance.

You will ensure information is reviewed for feasibility and align with JPM's standards, coordinating with deal teams, risk, legal, KYC and lenders. You will work with counterparts internationally on cross-border transactions, ensuring operational viability, accurate system recording, and proper escalation of exceptions in a

Qualifications

• Experience in loan operations, lending, or loan servicing.
• Able to read legal loan documents to locate terms.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail in a control-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Origination Pipeline system by real-time recording of transaction details.
• Extract critical deal information from credit agreements for system records.
• Liaise with Transaction Coordinators to ensure Borrower KYC ahead of signing.
• Maintain process documentation and perform periodic document uploads.
• Monitor the group mailbox, assign deals and queries, resolve or redirect.
• Collaborate with Operations and WLS teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Build and maintain relationships across WLS teams.
• Participate or lead projects to enhance process efficiency and control.
