Job description

Exec Chef, B&I, City of London £65k-£70k Monday to Friday

Passionate and Creative? Obsessed with food and food trends? Then we may have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are searching for a passionate, enthusiastic and food driven Exec Chef to join our clients’ team in London.

Working within a prestigious site based in the heart of the City of London, this role is to lead and shape the vision of the food production and offer. Strong leadership and the ability to work together within the senior team is essential and naturally, you will have a love of food and be up to date with all things food related.

What will the role involve?
* Managing the multi-operation within the site
* Menu development and innovation for both retail and high end hospitality/fine dining
* Leading tastings and client presentations
* Working closely with Senior Management
* Developing and encouraging the brigade to produce the most incredible food for both staff dining and hospitality

What we are looking for:
* an Exec Chef or exceptional Head Chef with a stable work history
* experience within high volume as well as exceptional fine dining capabilities
* totally food obsessed as well as creative and innovative
* a people person and strong leader- able to communicate and work with a wide range of people
* a good listener with the ability to take feedback on board and work towards elevating food from exceptional to out of this world!
* level headed with an ability to remain calm and work under pressure
