Our client, a rapidly expanding fintech/finance brokerage, is seeking a well-experienced and organized professional with a sharp eye for detail and a natural drive to support senior leadership. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Executive Chairman and other members of the Executive Team to ensure seamless coordination and administrative excellence in a dynamic environment. You will have opportunities to grow into a full role, including elements of HR, event management, creating presentations and spreadsheets (intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential), and supporting the CEO in exceeding objectives. Position: Executive Administrative Manager (EA to CEO, including HR, Events, Admin)
Reporting to: CEO / Executive Chairman
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary negotiable up to £45,000 plus package including discretionary bonus, 8% pension, 36 days holiday (including UK bank holidays), Life and Health insurance, and free onsite parking.
