Our client, a rapidly expanding fintech / finance brokerage, is seeking an experienced and organized professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion to support senior leadership. In this role, you'll work closely with the Executive Chairman and other members of the Executive Team to ensure seamless coordination and administrative excellence in a dynamic environment. The position offers opportunities for growth into areas including HR, event management, creating presentations, and spreadsheet management (intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills required). The firm provides a supportive, growth-oriented workplace where your contributions are valued and your development is encouraged.
Position: Executive Administrative Manager (EA to CEO including HR, Events, Admin)
Reporting to: CEO / Executive Chairman
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary negotiable up to £45,000 plus benefits including discretionary annual bonus, 8% pension, 36 days holiday (including UK bank holidays), life and health insurance, and free onsite parking.
