Job description

We're working with a well-established consultancy seeking an Actuarial Consultant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified to nearly qualified actuary looking to broaden their experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality actuarial analysis and advice to a range of clients.
  2. Support senior consultants in project work, client meetings, and new business development.
  3. Take ownership of technical workstreams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  4. Assist with developing and automating internal tools and models.
  5. Stay up to date with regulatory developments and market trends.
About You:
  • Part-qualified to nearly/newly qualified actuary (IFoA or equivalent).
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Previous experience in pensions, insurance, or a consultancy environment is desirable.
