Exciting Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon Role | Kent

A progressive and vet-led practice located in Kent is seeking a dedicated and proactive Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team. Lovely accommodation is available if desired for the role!

About the Practice

With modern facilities including separate dog and cat wards, and a stunning consulting room, this practice blends high clinical standards with a beautiful working environment. It’s an ideal setting for a vet who values both excellence in patient care and a welcoming, well-equipped workspace.

The practice is made up of certificate-holding vets in areas such as Soft Tissue Surgery, Orthopaedics, Neurology, Dermatology, Oncology, and more - offering excellent peer support and knowledge-sharing opportunities. Clinical freedom is embraced, and the team actively encourages further development in specialist areas of interest.

Management and senior vets are supportive and hands-on, offering structure and mentorship while giving individuals the autonomy to grow. If there’s a specific piece of equipment or training needed to provide the best standard of care, the practice is happy to invest in it.
