At Prospero Teaching, we believe that every young person deserves access to quality education and support to reach their full potential. We are seeking dedicated individuals with a background in the prison service to join our team as School Support Specialists, where you will play a crucial role in creating safe and supportive learning environments for students.

As a School Support Specialist, you will work closely with school staff, students, and community partners to provide guidance, support, and intervention services to students who may be facing challenges both inside and outside of the classroom. Your experience in the prison service equips you with valuable insights and skills that will enable you to effectively engage with students and help them overcome obstacles to their academic and personal success.
