Exciting Opportunity for a Cover Supervisor in Aylesbury!

Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Aylesbury (HP20)
Rate: £110 - £140 per day

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a specialist SEMH school in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to support learners with Autism Condition/Autism Spectrum Disorder who find mainstream settings challenging. Your patience, calm approach, and understanding of behavioural needs will make a real impact in their education.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity of learning
* Support students both in classroom and in intervention settings
* Foster a positive and structured classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support student progress
* Build strong relationships with learners to encourage engagement
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in the UK (essential) at Secondary level
* Experience working with SEMH students (ideal but not essential) or learners requiring behaviour management
* Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different learning needs
* A patient, calm, and resilient approach to supporting students
