• Position: Business Teacher (with TLR opportunity)

• Teaching Level: KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level)
• Additional Responsibilities: The TLR opportunity allows for involvement in leadership responsibilities within the Business Department, including curriculum development, student progress monitoring, and departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Business lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.
• Support students in achieving excellent exam results in Business at both GCSE and A-Level.
• Develop and update teaching materials and resources for the Business curriculum.
• Encourage students to understand and apply key business concepts, preparing them for further study and career opportunities.
• Work closely with other teachers to share best practices and support the continuous development of the Business Department.
