Are you a dedicated and experienced SENCO looking for your next role in a supportive and inclusive primary school? We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable SENCO to join a fantastic school in Brent from April 2025. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis and offers a competitive salary (MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance 2).

The Role
  • Leading the school’s SEND provision, ensuring that all pupils receive the support they need to reach their full potential
  • Managing and overseeing EHCPs, interventions, and support strategies for children with additional needs
  • Working closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to create an inclusive learning environment
  • Providing staff training and development on SEND best practices
  • Ensuring compliance with SEND legislation and policies, promoting a high standard of inclusive education
What We Are Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the NASENCO qualification (essential)
  • Proven experience working as a SENCO in a primary setting
  • Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, EHCP processes, and intervention strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A commitment to fostering inclusive and high-quality education for all pupils
