Are you a passionate Family Lawyer looking to take the next step in your career? We are assisting a well-established law firm in their search for a driven and experienced professional to lead and expand their family law practice. What We Are Looking For

• A qualified Family Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEX) OR highly experienced in family law with an interest in qualification support.

• A proactive and hands-on approach to managing cases independently.

• The ability to develop and grow the family law practice.

• Strong advocacy skills and willingness to attend court and client meetings.

• Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.

• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Preferably based within commuting distance of the SK area or within an easy commute of around 50 miles from Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing the family law caseload.

• Handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic abuse cases.

• Attending court hearings, client meetings, and mediation sessions.

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.

• Conducting legal research and providing expert advice to clients.

• Recording billable time and ensuring accurate case management.
