A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing, independent practice in stunning Mid-Devon. This is a chance to become part of a close-knit team of 8 mixed vets, delivering exceptional care across small animals, farm, and equine services.

About the Role & Team:

  • Genuinely mixed caseload – a busy small animal sector, a rapidly expanding farm animal service, and an opportunity for an ambitious vet to further develop equine care
  • 4-day work week (part-time considered for the right candidate)
  • Shared OOH rota with RVN support where needed
  • Work alongside a supportive, collaborative team that encourages career development at all levels

Work-Life Balance & Career Support:

  • Encouragement to develop special interests, with full mentorship & support
  • £1,750 CPD allowance & funding for certificates

Salary & Benefits: (Pro-rata for PT)

  • Up to £60,000 per annum - Reflective of skills and experience
  • 6 weeks paid holiday (including bank holidays)
