Aspire People is seeking enthusiastic ECTs to work across primary schools in Manchester. We offer daily supply, part-time and full-time long-term positions, with opportunities to gain varied experience and build confidence in different school environments.

Ideal candidates hold QTS or are eligible to work in a teaching role and should demonstrate a good grasp of the primary curriculum, the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.

Qualifikationen

• Holds QTS or is eligible to work in a teaching role appropriate to their qualification status.
• Has a good understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Can plan and deliver engaging lessons where required.
• Has a positive approach to classroom management and pupil development.
• Is enthusiastic, reliable and keen to develop professionally.
• Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive education.

Aufgaben

• Deliver daily supply teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Take on part-time roles to fit individual circumstances.
• Secure full-time long-term classroom positions when available.
• Experience different primary school environments to build versatility.
• Develop teaching practice through building relationships with schools.
