Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the main contact for clients, offering consultative advice on hearing room services, including transcription, equipment, and logistics.
2. Communicate directly with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks, and court reporting teams to provide information, upsell services when appropriate, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback.
3. Develop a thorough understanding of the platform to advise clients on its optimal usage.
4. Collaborate closely with Business Development, Solution Operations, Production, Software Engineering, and Technical Delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Accurately record control information and ensure timely billing at month-end.
6. Ideal candidates will be graduates with an English-focused degree or an interest in Law.
