Job Description:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing consultative advice on hearing room services, including transcription, equipment, and logistics requirements.
  • Liaising directly with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks, and court reporting teams, providing information, upselling where appropriate, troubleshooting as required, and gathering feedback.
  • Having in-depth knowledge of the platform to advise clients on how to maximise its usage.
  • Liaising closely with the Business Development, Solution Operations, Production, Software Engineering, and Technical Delivery teams to ensure seamless, efficient service delivery.
  • Regular and accurate recording of control information and timely billing at month-end.
  • The ideal candidate will be a graduate with an English-focused degree or an interest in Law.
  • Sociable, professional, proactive, and enthusiastic personality.
