Job description

Our client provides tax, business advisory, and private lifestyle management services to entrepreneurs, business leaders, and high-profile figures in the entertainment industry. They are looking to hire a junior PA based in their Mayfair office, working five days a week.

While this is a junior role suitable for candidates with 1-2 years of experience, it offers significant opportunities for growth and progression. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Diary management, including arranging meetings and suitable locations
  2. Running errands
  3. Assisting with client onboarding
  4. Scanning and filing
  5. Internal organization
  6. Liaising with suppliers via telephone
  7. Travel arrangements, securing the best connections and prices with preferred carriers
  8. Organizing recurring and ad hoc events
  9. Managing timelines and deadlines
  10. Updating subscriptions and memberships
  11. Expense management and liaising with accounting professionals
