Job summary

The Wellpark Brewery in Glasgow, part of C&C Group, is seeking a Logistics Support role focused on HMRC compliance and excise movements. You will generate Import/Export declarations, maintain records, and work with agents to ensure timely and accurate paperwork.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years FMCG experience in production, storage or distribution of excise goods, strong IT skills (Excel/OneDrive) and familiarity with EMCS, ATWD and CDS.

Qualifications

• Understanding of HMRC regulations including Holding & Movement, Excise rules.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience in FMCG production/storage/distribution of excise goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the logistics department to ensure compliant inbound/outbound movements with HMRC regulations.
• Generate Import/Export declarations and EMCS ARC for outbound movements.
• Submit monthly stock/returns to HMRC using ATWD and related systems.
• Verify and file entries; monitor inbound ARC and ensure timely discharge.
