Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for an experienced Exchange/M365 Cloud Engineer for an initial 2-month contract hybrid working role. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot Exchange-related issues as part of a migration project, with a strong emphasis on independent work. Experience in a Higher Education environment is highly desirable. This is an urgent requirement, with an immediate start preferred.

Contract Opportunity: Exchange / M365 Cloud Engineer (2 Months)
Location: Hybrid (South Coast)
Duration: Initial 2 months (Immediate start preferred)
Contractor / Outside IR35

We're urgently seeking an experienced Exchange Engineer or M365 Cloud Engineer to support our Modern Work Programme as we complete a critical phase of our data migration project.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Remediating outstanding Exchange-related issues as part of our M365 migration.
• Working closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex mail flow, mailbox, and legacy system challenges.
• Supporting a Higher Education (HE) environment - experience in this sector is highly desirable.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & online) and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and remediation skills in complex environments.
• Ideally, experience working in or with Higher Education institutions.
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently with minimal onboarding.
