Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events with precision
- Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
- Provide research and scheduling support across various projects and ongoing initiatives
- Assist with planning and logistics for events and engagements
- Liaise with external suppliers, service providers, and professional contacts to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain well-structured records and assist with light financial administration, including expense tracking and basic reporting
- Offer hands-on support with general logistics, errands, and meeting preparation

Candidate
- Graduate with a strong academic background; a degree from a top-tier university is preferred
- Proven track record of academic and/or early professional excellence, with strong attention to detail
