This position offers broad exposure to the inner workings of a private household and office, combining administrative, organisational, and logistical responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a trusted right hand, supporting day-to-day operations and gaining hands-on experience in high-level personal and professional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy and ever-changing diary, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
  • Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
  • Support ongoing projects with research, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Assist with small-scale event planning, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered.
  • Communicate with external suppliers, service providers, and contacts to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Maintain orderly records and assist with light finance admin, including expense tracking and basic reporting.
