Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across all RIBA stages with a focus on delivery
  • Manage projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and authorities.
  • Daily hands on production of drawing information, design and collaboration

Skills:

  • Part III qualified or equivalent with a strong academic and professional background.
  • Demonstrated interest in adaptive reuse and sustainability.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing critical thinking, thorough design analysis, and strong delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for your work, with a desire to advance your career.
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred
