The Park Community School is seeking an enthusiastic Exams Officer to join the team from January 2026. This role focuses on organising internal and external examinations and acting as the main liaison with external examination bodies.

The Exams Officer will ensure JCQ and awarding body compliance before, during, and after exams, supporting a smooth examination cycle across the school in Devon, UK. DBS disclosure is required for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS disclosure is required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK with no sponsorship/work visas.
• Experience liaising with external examination bodies and ensuring JCQ/awarding body compliance.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage internal and external examinations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between The Park Community School and external examination bodies.
• Ensure compliance with JCQ and awarding bodies before, during, and after examination periods.
• Coordinate examination timetables, rooms, invigilation, and results processes.
