Ladybridge High School in Bolton is seeking an Exams Manager to oversee examinations administration and ensure timely entries to exam boards. The role includes line-managing casual Invigilators and learning cover procedures to assist the HR function.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SIMS/Arbor or similar MIS, strong communication, thorough organizational skills, and be proficient with Office 365 and Google Workspace.
Actual salary £27,248.36 to £30,245.31 per annum

We are seeking to appoint an Exams Manager who will be responsible for the administration and organisational arrangements for examinations and for the timely submission of entries to the exam boards.
We strongly believe in allowing our staff to carry out their role to a high standard, whilst having a genuine work life balance which is why our full-time admin staff have the option of a compressed working pattern which offers a non-working day once a fortnight which is an option available for this post outside of the examination periods.
The successful candidate will line manage a small team of casual Exam Invigilators. There will also be a requirement to learn cover and the procedures for covering absent teachers as a backup for staff absences within the HR department.
