Job summary

Bradfield College is seeking an examination invigilator to ensure fair and proper conduct of examinations. The role requires calmness, organisation, and a strict adherence to JCQ, CIE and IB rules, with strong availability across the year, especially in November, January, May and June.

In addition to supervising exams, you will assist with stationery setup and the handling of examination scripts, and you must be willing to undergo safeguarding screening as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting out stationery and examination scripts prior to examinations.
• Supervise entry and seating of candidates.
• Carry out checks of candidates' materials according to JCQ, CIE and IB rules and examination rubric.
• Maintain vigilance throughout examinations.
• Supervise candidate movement before, during and after examination sessions.
• Gather and sort examination materials on completion of examinations.
