Exams and Achievement Manager

Permanent / Full Time

Location: Based across St Albans & Welwyn Garden City

Key Duties:
  1. Provide an effective examinations and achievement service to support the vision and mission of the College.
  2. Manage the organisation of all aspects of public exams and assessments, including liaison with awarding bodies.
  3. Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of management information to maximise student success.
Required Skills:
  1. IT skills sufficient to meet the requirements of the post, including the ability to extract, analyse, and report data.
  2. Ability to act on own initiative and meet deadlines.
  3. Ability to work with minimal supervision, using own initiative.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  5. Good knowledge of national qualifications and an understanding of curriculum issues.
  6. Experience of developing and maintaining systems and procedures.
