Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting an Exams Access Arrangements Assessor for a temporary contract with a North West London college from September to December. The role focuses on identifying and implementing exam access arrangements, and supporting students with additional learning needs.

You will work closely with teachers, Learning Support, and Exams teams to ensure compliant, effective support and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out diagnostic assessments and producing assessment reports.
• Strong knowledge of exam access arrangements and regulations.
• Experience supporting learners with additional learning needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Further Education or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments using recognised tools.
• Produce detailed, evidence-based diagnostic reports.
• Recommend appropriate learning support and exam access adjustments.
• Provide specialist advice to lecturers and student services.
• Support learners with additional needs throughout their educational journey.
• Maintain records and ensure safeguarding and awarding body requirements.
• Promote inclusive learning practices.
