Job summary

Loughborough College Group is seeking an experienced Examinations Manager to oversee the end-to-end examinations service across the College. You will lead a dedicated exams team and a large invigilator workforce, ensuring accurate planning, delivery and compliance with JCQ regulations.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive improvements and ensure an exceptional service that supports student success across the FE/HE environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing examinations within an FE, HE or school environment.
• Excellent knowledge of JCQ regulations and Awarding Organisation requirements.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Outstanding organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional service that supports student success.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Examinations Manager to lead the operational delivery of our examinations service across the College. Working closely with the Senior Exam Manager, you will oversee the full examination lifecycle, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, accuracy and service for our learners. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will:

• Manage the planning and delivery of all internal and external examinations.
