Job description

Bede Academy requires examinations invigilators to be responsible for the smooth and effective conduct of examinations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in supporting students through their exams and is looking for flexible hours on a casual basis.

This role is essential to the smooth running of the examination process. In addition to ensuring correct exam procedures are followed, the successful applicants will be responsible for the following:

1. Setting out and collecting exam scripts and materials
2. Admitting students to the exam hall/room
3. Invigilating during the exams
4. Collating the exam papers to be sent off to the Exam boards
5. Reading and scribing for students during exams (if required)
