Job summary

Waterfront UTC is seeking to appoint a highly effective Examinations & Admissions Officer to join the Office Administration team, to start with immediate effect. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised, and bring experience within an educational setting with a strong understanding of examinations and admissions processes.

This is a full time, permanent role, Term Time Only +3 weeks, paid on the NJC pay scale D2 point 7-11.

Job description

Waterfront UTC is seeking to appoint a highly effective Examinations & Admissions Officer to join the Office Administration team, to start with immediate effect.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, work to a high standard and be highly organised. Experience within an educational setting, with a strong understanding of examinations and admissions processes, is essential. They will be committed to providing an efficient and positive experience for students, families and staff.

This is a full time, permanent role, Term Time Only +3 weeks, paid on the NJC pay scale D2 point 7-11 (FTE £27,274 - £29,071 - actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £24,553 - £26,171 per annum).

The working pattern will consist of 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
