Job summary

Whitgift School is seeking part-time examination invigilators to join its examinations team. The role covers preparing examination rooms, admitting and seating candidates, distributing materials and supervising pupils to ensure exam integrity.

Successful candidates will monitor candidates, support access arrangements, handle queries or irregularities, and securely manage examination scripts and materials, with training provided. Availability is needed during main exam periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and seating for candidates
• Admit and seat candidates to ensure orderly exam process
• Distribute papers, materials and exam materials securely
• Supervise pupils during examinations and monitor behaviour
• Ensure all procedures comply with examination regulations and policies
• Support monitoring of candidates and handling of queries or irregularities
• Assist with secure handling of scripts and materials
