Job summary

Deyes High School is seeking reliable and organized Exam Invigilators to join our casual staff pool. You will supervise examinations, prepare rooms, distribute materials and help maintain a calm, secure environment in line with regulations.

No prior invigilator experience is required as full training will be provided. We value dependable individuals with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, including

We are looking to appoint reliable, organised and professional Exam Invigilators to join our team of casual staff. Exam Invigilators play a vital role in ensuring that examinations are conducted fairly, securely and in accordance with examination regulations.,

• Supervise students during examinations, ensuring all examination regulations are followed.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist with setting up materials and equipment.
• Distribute and collect examination papers and documentation.
• Ensure a calm, quiet and supportive examination environment.
• Record attendance and report any incidents or irregularities.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of examination materials at all times.
• Support students and staff in line with examination procedures.
• Attend relevant training and briefing sessions. Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided. We welcome applications from individuals who are calm, dependable, have excellent attention to detail and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team., Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
