Job summary

Hollingworth Academy in Milnrow, Rochdale is seeking casual Examination Invigilators to support the smooth running of in-person examinations. These roles are ad-hoc, with peak periods in May and June and other commonly scheduled sessions throughout the year.

Successful candidates will work during examination periods on a casual basis. We welcome applicants who can commit to flexible hours, demonstrate reliability, and support a respectful exam environment in line with school policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise examinations in accordance with Invigilator guidelines and exam regulations.
• Ensure the exam room is orderly, quiet and secure during assessments.
• Record attendance and report any incidents to senior staff promptly.

We are looking to increase our bank of Examination Invigilators, to help supervise and ensure efficient running of the academy's examinations. Invigilators will be required to work during examination periods, which run at various times throughout the year, with busier periods during November, December, March, May, and June. Successful candidates will be employed on a casual, ad-hoc basis, with particularly busy periods being in May and June each year.
