In this vital role, you will help supervise internal and external examinations, ensuring strict regulations are met to give our students a calm, fair, and supportive environment to succeed.This casual position offers flexible hours during exam periods to suit your schedule. Up to 3 days of paid training and annual updates will be provided.-Key Responsibilities* Supervise candidates and ensure compliance with exam regulations.* Prepare exam rooms (seating arrangements, signage, clocks) and distribute/collect materials securely.* Check candidate attendance, verify identities, and handle student queries with composure.* Act as a prompt or scribe for students requiring access arrangements.* Collaborate closely with the Exams Officer and wider invigilation team.-What We Are Looking ForQualifications:Minimum 5 GCSEs grade C/4 or above (or equivalent), with strong literacy and numeracy skills.Key Attributes: Patient, kind, punctual, highly detailed, and able to remain calm under pressure.Tech Skills:Basic IT confidence to engage with training and payroll platforms (guidance provided).Desirable: Previous supervisory/educational experience or knowledge of exam regulations is a bonus, but full training will be given.Ansford Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
