Role involves staying vigilant for malpractice, addressing candidate issues, and supporting both paper-based and computer-based exams as needed. Zero-hour ad-hoc shifts cover peak periods and throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Check examination rooms and ensure exam papers are handled securely.
• Distribute and collate examination papers.
• Brief candidates with necessary information and notices.

Responsibilities

• Remain alert during examinations, vigilantly monitoring for malpractice.
• Be able to respond to candidate issues and queries.
