Role: Exam Invigilator (Polish Speaking)

GSL Education is currently seeking a number of reliable and detail-oriented Polish Speaking Exam Invigilators to support students during the exam period at a school in Reading. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Polish and committed to ensuring the integrity and smooth running of examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Ensure a calm and secure environment for students during exams.
• Instruction Delivery: Clearly communicate exam procedures to students in both English and Polish.
• Monitoring: Maintain vigilance throughout the exam to prevent misconduct or breaches.
• Exam Materials Handling: Distribute and collect exam papers and materials in an organised and secure manner.
• Time Management: Accurately record exam start and end times and manage exam timing effectively.

Requirements for the Role:

• Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent timekeeping skills
• Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain professional standards
• Previous experience in an invigilation or school-based role is desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL Education
