Job summary

King’s Academy Easthampstead Park invites applications for examination invigilators to support the smooth running of internal and external exams. Roles include setting out and collecting exam papers, admitting students, and invigilating sessions across May and June.

Full training is provided; availability for at least four exams per week during the summer series is essential. Typical sessions run from 8:30am to 1:35pm or 2:05pm to 4:10pm, with opportunities for full-day or partial-day shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training will be provided.
• Must be available to cover at least 4 exams a week during the summer series (May–June).

Responsibilities

• Set out and collect exam papers and materials.
• Admit students to the exam hall/room.
• Invigilate exams.
• Collate papers to be sent to the Exam Board.
• Ensure procedures follow JCQ guidelines.
