Responsibilities

• Supervise examinations in accordance with school and examination board regulations.
• Ensure examination rooms are prepared and set up correctly.
• Check students' identities and ensure they are seated according to the examination plan.
• Distribute and collect examination papers and materials.
• Explain examination instructions clearly to students.
• Monitor students throughout examinations and maintain a calm and quiet environment.
• Ensure examination rules and procedures are followed at all times.
• Report any incidents, concerns or irregularities to the appropriate member of staff.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and examination incidents.
• Assist with the secure handling and storage of examination materials.
