Job summary

de Stafford School is seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to join the team and help ensure smooth examination operations and integrity of assessments. The role requires excellent communication, organisation and confidentiality, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

The school is part of GLF Schools MAT, located in Caterham, Surrey. The position offers a casual hours arrangement with an hourly rate of £13.48 plus Holiday Pay and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students and staff, clear, calm and accurate communication.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Able to work with others as part of a team or alone, with reliable punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Proctor examinations to ensure the smooth running and integrity of the assessment process.
• Support students during examinations and respond to queries as required.
• Adhere to safeguarding and DBS requirements and school policies.
