We are seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to join our supportive and talented Exams Team at Digitech Studio School. As part of a diverse and ambitious multi-academy trust, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and helping to create a positive examination experience for every student.

This flexible, casual role offers the opportunity to support students undertaking examinations, including mock exams and formal assessment periods. This position requires flexibility, as examination periods take place across the academic year, typically during November, January, March, May and June, alongside additional mock examination periods. Working hours will vary depending on the exam timetable and may include early starts to prepare examination rooms or occasional finishes after the school day has ended.

Whether you have previous invigilation experience or are looking for a flexible role within education, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution during some of the most important moments in a student's academic journey.

About you:
You will have:
  • practical experience of understanding and following processes and procedure.
  • excellent interpersonal, good organisational and time management skills.
  • have the ability to keep calm under pressure or during unexpected circumstances.
  • have a caring and understanding attitude, sensitive and responsive to the needs of our students.
  • the capabilities to work as part of a team but also under own initiative

Applicants are advised to refer to the full requirements of the role in the attached job description and person specification, prior to submitting an application.
