Walton Academy in Grantham is seeking an Exam Invigilator for a casual, main exams and mocks role. You will supervise students, ensure a calm, fair exam environment, and administer papers in line with rules. The position is flexible, suitable for entry or experienced invigilators, with training provided.
The role emphasises teamwork, strong communication with pupils, and safeguarding commitments, starting November 2026 with closing date 9 October 2026.

This post would suit either a new entrant to the role or an experienced Exam Invigilator.
The successful candidate will:
Able to work constructively as part of a team and as an individual
Able to forge positive relationships with young people
An ability to interact with young people in a calm, patient yet firm manner is essential
Have the ability to communicate effectively
A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow strict instructions
Have an understanding of issues of confidentiality and ensure exam integrity.
