TeacherActive Ltd, in partnership with a prominent Cardiff secondary school, is seeking an organised Exam Invigilator to support busy examination periods from September. You will help run exams smoothly by enforcing regulations and ensuring pupils follow procedures at all times.

The role is day-to-day during assessment periods, requiring reliability, punctuality and a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a secondary school or examination environment is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
• Knowledge of examination procedures and regulations is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist with the smooth running of examinations by enforcing regulations
• Monitor pupils to ensure adherence to procedures during assessments
• Support staff with seating plans and candidate tracking if required

Role Summary

We are recruiting an Exam Invigilator on a day-to-day basis during examination periods starting in September. The successful candidate will facilitate the smooth running of exams by maintaining strict examination conditions and ensuring pupils follow correct procedures at all times.
