Job summary

George Salter Academy is recruiting casual Exam Invigilators, Readers and Scribes to support students during examinations. Hours are variable with early starts and on a demand basis; reliability and flexibility are essential.

Training will be provided to successful candidates. Role involves preparing rooms, distributing and collecting scripts, and providing reading and written support with clear handwriting.

George Salter Academy are seeking to recruit casual Exam Invigilators, Readers and Scribes to support our students during their examinations. Hours worked will be variable, including early starts, and on a demand basis, so flexibility and reliability is essential.

Duties will include:

• The preparation of rooms prior to the start of exams
• The distribution and collection of examination scripts
• Provision of reading support to students during examinations
• Provision of written support to students, using clear and accurate handwriting

Knowledge of the school examinations process would be advantageous, but is not essential as full training will be provided to successful candidates.
