Eteach is seeking an Assessor to lead a team responsible for ensuring students receive appropriate exam access arrangements. The successful candidate will be experienced in assessments, have excellent communication skills, and hold a Level 7 Assessor Award. The role includes training staff, managing referrals, and staying updated on regulations.

You’ll…

  • lead a team of Assessors who make students get the right exam access arrangements
  • screen and assess students for exam access needs, liaising with schools and parents where need be
  • keep up to date with changes to JCQ regulations and make sure they’re implemented
  • manage student referrals and support teaching staff with exam arrangements
  • delivering training and share your expertise with staff across the college
  • be happy to muck in with college life (e.g. open events, invigilation)

  • thorough and meticulous, with a real eye for detail
  • proactive, organised and methodical
  • passionate about supporting students
  • experienced at assessing students for exam access arrangements
  • a great communicator with excellent IT skills
  • qualified with a Level 7 Assessor Award

*£1,000 golden hello payable at the end of year 1 and year 2. Must be employed in this role at Exeter College at the time of payment.
