Job Title: Exams Access Arrangements Officer

Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of Assessors to ensure students receive the appropriate exam access arrangements.
  2. Screen and assess students for exam access needs, liaising with schools and parents as necessary.
  3. Stay updated with changes to JCQ regulations and ensure their implementation.
  4. Manage student referrals and support teaching staff with exam arrangements.
  5. Deliver training and share your expertise with staff across the college.
  6. Participate in college events and invigilation duties as needed.
Requirements
  1. Thorough and meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
  2. Proactive, organized, and methodical.
  3. Passionate about supporting students.
  4. Experience in assessing students for exam access arrangements.
  5. Excellent communication and IT skills.
  6. Qualified with a Level 7 Assessor Award.

*£1,000 golden hello payable at the end of year 1 and year 2, subject to employment at Exeter College at the time of payment.
