Role Overview:

In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients in HMP Thameside. You will work with offenders to provide support around training, education, and employment, while signposting them to services covering housing and resettlement needs to ensure comprehensive pre-release support. You will offer 1:1 guidance, setting goals and milestones to facilitate their progress.

Requirements:

To apply, you must have experience working with individuals within the criminal justice system, either in a prison or custodial setting. Experience supporting vulnerable clients in mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness is also valuable. Criminology graduates with volunteer experience are encouraged to apply.
