Coming to the end of your time in the forces can be a daunting experience with a lack of direction. We are actively recruiting across the Commercial and Critical Building Services industries for Ex-Military (Royal Navy, British Forces, Royal Air Force).

Being trained in the military has given you a fantastic apprenticeship and extremely adaptable skillset, the Building Services industry will typically recruit for Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, HVAC Engineers, alongside some more specialist services such as Fire & Security, BMS, Chiller Engineer etc. With your base trade, specialist services can be developed further with assistance from the employer.

What you can expect:

  • Hours:
    • Monday - Friday, 08:00am to 5:00pm
    • Shift Work (4 on, 4 off )
    • Shift Work, Continental (4 on, 6 off, 6 on, 4 off)
  • Static or Mobile positions (Mobile with company vehicle)
  • Base Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 dependant on role, environment and hours.
  • OTE / Estimated Annual Earnings: Up to 65K per annum (paid overtime, bonuses, call out rotas, price works etc).

  • Fantastic, very attractive packages including medical and dental covers, family assistance programs, up to 16 weeks full paternity / 26 maternity, pension, paid annual leave, phone, uniforms etc.

  • Company funded training and progression paths.
  • Control your own earnings from day 1 with paid overtime constantly available.
