Job Overview

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist, Hotel Receptionist, or former Cabin Crew member passionate about delivering first-class guest service. You will serve as the main ambassador for the firm, managing reception duties, administration, events support, and liaising with high-profile clients daily.

Receptionist Duties
  1. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional welcome
  2. Ensuring all clients receive a VIP experience during their visit
  3. Liaising with departments such as catering, AV, and PAs
  4. Booking catering for meetings and internal events
  5. Managing reservations for meeting rooms using a computerized booking system
  6. Assisting with switchboard calls as needed
  7. Organizing couriers and handling administrative tasks
  8. Conducting floor walks to ensure meeting rooms are immaculate
  9. Supporting internal client events coordination
Requirements
  • Experience as a Corporate Receptionist, Luxury Hotel Receptionist, or Cabin Crew
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver polished, professional service at all times
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence in working with senior executives and VIP guests
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office
