  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).

Education

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong advantage.

Experience

  • 5+ years of project/program management experience in the aerospace, automotive, or high-tech engineering sector.
  • Prior experience in eVTOL, UAV, electric aircraft, or aircraft certification programs is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects on time and within budget.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
  • Working knowledge of aerospace systems and design lifecycle (V-model, DOORS, ARP4754A).
  • Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
